Busy Bees in Room 24
*Did your child tell you about our fish? Ask them about the parts of a fish and what they are used for.
*We discussed patriotic symbols before the Memorial Day holiday.
*The children have been very busy during math. They are adding, subtracting and grouping objects to make them easier to count. Help your child count by tens, fives and twos.
*Do you ask your child questions after their bedtime story or after they read you a book from their reading bag? You should! Questions can be literal (what happened), inferential (why) or critical thinking questions.
*The children have been putting words in alphabetical order.
*The students will also learn about their initials this week.
